We call it avant pop

‘We Call It Avant—Pop’, a bilingual (EN/IT) 288—page book, serves as both a potential ‘Avant—Pop’ manifesto and a journey through twenty—one years of the Festival’s history, from its debut in March 2002 to the present day. Through Festival archival photos and original essays, the book traces the history of C2C Festival: a small tribute to the festival itself, the artists who have performed there and the audience that, for two decades, has closely followed the evolution of a sound that encompasses not only music, listening, dancing and performance but all of these elements combined and more — each fundamental to the ‘Avant—Pop’ concept that the festival promotes, disseminates, and passionately supports.
