Would You Like to Take a Walk With Me… Offline is a special edition from the publishers of Luncheon which reproduces images shot by Paolo Roversi for the Artisanal Collection 2024 by John Galliano for Maison Margiela. Its name is taken from the final sentence in the show notes. The session took place on the 25th and 26th of June, 2024 at Maison Margiela HQ in Paris. In September John Galliano and Paolo Roversi, who have known each other since the mid 1980s, met at the latter’s studio to discuss their work together over the intervening decades and, for this collection, what inspired Galliano and the techniques used by Roversi to capture it all. Featured alongside the photograph series Looks in the book is a glossary of the unique terminology used by Maison Margiela.
